Apft calculator extended scale Form: What You Should Know

The scale works similarly to the standard scale, where scores below 90 are considered a “good” score, meaning you'll likely have to take the test again, but should be able to continue to participate in military activities without  resting or undergoing an extended period of inactivity. For instance, if your fitness score is 85, it would be a “good'' score. If your  results score 85.6, however, it would likely mean that you don't have to take the AFT again, but that you may be required to  remain on active duty for at least one extra year on active duty. AFT Scores of 99-100. For a score of 99 or higher, you're at  full strength for the duration of the test and will not need to stop or rest for at least 1  month following your test performance. See AFT Score Calculator for a detailed description  of “good” scores and “bad'' scores. The score of 75-76.9 is a good score. A full workout that  includes sit-ups, push-ups, and running for one mile would be ideal. For those scoring  at or above 75, “good'' scores generally translate to a 2-month active duty leave instead of resting a  period. See Army PUT Calculator. This video is not going to be about how to max the Army APFT. I'm gonna do a separate video on how to max it. But, these are just going to be helpful tips and tricks on actually how to push your score a little bit higher, some things that may help you. Now, let me give you guys some background about me. I am a pretty decent athlete, so I'm gonna incorporate some athleticism, maybe some track things that I've learned into this video that helped me get a higher score on the APFT. I'm a 300 plus guy. My last APFT was 326. I think one of my soldiers beat me, he got a 341. Very disappointed, but he ran like an 11 something, so that's why I couldn't get it. Anyway, I'm gonna start with the run. Increasing your run, now before I even do, if I can start a beauty when I know what's coming up, I start fasting. I start fasting immediately because I'm a heavy guy, I'm a big boy. Maybe I'll drop a picture or something to show you guys. Like, even I'm a pretty big boy. I'm not a small kid. I'd like to say I'm six-three, but you know how things are. You know the way science works. And I was born, I am five-seven and a half, almost five-eight, and I'm a hundred and eighty, probably a hundred and eighty-eight pounds, right without fasting or at normal body weight. When I know an APFT is coming up, I start cells. I say, "Okay, I gotta...
